Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Momina Prints, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following terms and conditions.
1. Exchange Policy
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size or product defects.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose another product of the same value or get a store credit.
2. Return & Refund Policy
We only accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will offer:
- A replacement (if available).
- A store credit for future purchases.
- A refund (only in case of defective or incorrect items).
Important Notes on Refunds:
- No refunds are provided for items that were damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return has been approved.
- The refund will be issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (depending on your preference).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items (Final sale items are non-returnable).
- Customized or altered products.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 18 hours of placement.
- Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
